What will you be doing?In your store you strive for the highest possible quality of our products. You will ensure that our customers receive excellent service and the best pizzas. You can only achieve this with a close team that you motivate, instruct, and supervise on a daily basis. You give compliments, make sure everyone has the right knowledge, and help with the daily processes where necessary. You ensure that everyone gets the best out of themselves.
You are responsible for ensuring that everything you do fits within the framework of the company objectives, hygiene rules, and procedures for safety and quality. Furthermore, you are responsible for the finances, the recruitment of new team members, the purchasing, and the scheduling and training of your team members. Besides the ongoing affairs you discuss the successes achieved and look into new improvement actions.
Who are you?You are a real motivator who likes to work hard and to lead. You are well-rounded who thinks both practically and tactically. You take a lot of initiative and encourage your team members to do the same. You come up with creative solutions and amazing ideas. You are one step ahead of everyone else because you have insights regarding people and processes. Problems are often solved before they arise. You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and you love the dynamics and variety that this job offers. Customer friendliness is in your genes, as is pleasure in everything you do. You have just that little bit extra, which makes your store perform optimally.
And further:- MBO 4/HBO work and thinking level.
- Experience as a manager in the hospitality industry or in Quick Service restaurants is an advantage.
- Good command of the Dutch language orally and in writing.
