JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised intern to join our ESG team. Are you interested in learning more about where our ingredients come from or how we ensure that the products we buy are ethical and sustainable? Perhaps how sustainability standards vary around the world or how we incorporate sustainability in new product launches or new store openings? We are looking for someone to help us with collating information, documents and data across our countries as we grow our business and help make and measure progress towards our environmental targets. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Helping update global ESG databases and statistics
Complete research on various topics to help on projects and policy writing
Collecting information from local teams on their practices and products
Communicating with internal stakeholders on various ESG topics
General administration tasks including updating spreadsheets & systems
Working in a casual international corporate oƯice WHO ARE YOU?
An general interest in sustainability
An enthusiastic team player who is willing to learn new things
Attention to detail & analytically minded
Proactive approach with the ability to work eƯiciently and in an organised way
Good customer service skills including good communication & social skills for collaborating with other teams and external suppliers
Comfortable participating in online meetings (with your manager and team)
Experience working in Microsoft excel & outlook EDUCATION & SKILLS
Experience working with Microsoft Excel Fluent in English (Dutch, French and/or German are a bonus!) – both written and verbal
Can work independently & also part of a team
